FAST FOOD In recent years there have been a big increase in the number of people eating fast food as a food in their daily diet. What are the advantages and disadvantages of thios type of food? One advantage of eating fast food is that you don`t have to spend time coocking. Also this type of food doesn´t need much time to prepare, so you can have ir ready for eating in a very shor time. Howevwer there are some disadvantages. This type of food is so bad for your health, if you eat it regularly, because it has a lot of saturated fats and additives. Also some of the food tha is sold is are unsafe, but the people many times, they don´t realize i. To conclude I think that eating fast food regularly is bad fo the health of a person but you can eat it then occasionatly if you want to. But remener that if you see that your food is disrepair retun it instead of eating it.
